Pressure Washing vs Softwashing Debunked

What is pressure washing and when is it appropriate?

Pressure Washing is the use of high pressure to clean. Although pressure washing is not necessarily our first choice when it comes to cleaning, being that there are other more efficient and effective methods, it may be necessary at times. Residentially, cement steps, small sidewalk (with appropriate nozzle), and roadside curbing are a few applications where it would be benefical.

What is softwashing?

Softwashing is the application of an eco-friendly cleaning solution at a subsequently low pressure. The low pressure allows for the product to be applied at a controlled rate, as well as. not causing any damage to your property. We will thoroughly rinse everything, before, during, and after the cleaning. If we see anything that may be fit to damage or possible leaking, we will take precautionary measures and properly cover the item(s), your property is our top priority. After the initial rinsing and application, the product is then left to dwell for a period of time, which allows it to purge any organic growth and grime. The product is then rinsed off, along with any plants or other surfaces in the area.
